An
appeal for the relaxation of Sections 6.12(3)(a), 105.8(1) and 105.9 of the
Burnaby Zoning Bylaw which, if permitted, would allow for interior and
exterior alterations and enclosure of a carport into a garage for an existing
single family dwelling at 3760 Norfolk Street. The following variances are
requested:
a)
a side yard width of 3.13 feet, where a minimum side yard width of 3.3 feet
is required;
b)
a building depth of 56.66 feet, where the maximum building depth of 50.0 feet
is permitted; and,
c)
a front yard depth of 15.65 feet, where a minimum front yard depth of 19.7
feet is required. Zone R5.
