Mr. Henschel
informed the Commission that the City is embarking on a community planning
process to update the Metrotown Development Plan. The first phase of this
process is to obtain public input on the preliminary vision, principles, and
land use framework and will take place from late May through August 2016.
Mr. Henschel
encouraged members of the Commission to complete the online survey.
Mr. Chua
requested a leave from the Commission for 2016 July, August, and September.
