Purpose: To provide information regarding a Request for Proposals to identify non-profit housing partners for three City-owned sites seeking Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Rapid Housing Initiative funding.

Purpose: To inform Council on the advisability and feasibility to offer mail ballot voting and special voting opportunities in the 2021 local by-election, and seek authorization to amend Burnaby Voting Opportunities Bylaw 2020 to provide for special voting opportunities.

Purpose: To seek Council's endorsement of a grant application to the Emergency Management BC (EMBC) for the Adaptation, Resilience & Disaster Mitigation (ARDM) Program on a 2021 Creeks and Culverts Improvement Project.

Purpose: To obtain a Council resolution for a grant application to the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program - COVID-19 Resilience Infrastructure Stream for the Emergency Power Project at Edmonds Community Centre.

Purpose: To provide Council with information on construction activity as reflected by the building permits that have been issued for the subject period.

Purpose: To seek Council authorization to abandon outstanding Rezoning Amendment Bylaws in accordance with the adopted Council process.

Purpose: To submit a new rezoning application series for the information of Council.

Purpose: To permit the construction of a mixed-use commercial and residential development.

Purpose: To establish a master plan and development guidelines for the four publically owned lots at the southwest corner of Kingsway and Edmonds, as well as to initiate a community plan amendment to permit high-density mixed-use development on the subject site.

Purpose: To permit the establishment of a two-storey seminary facility.

Purpose: To permit the construction of a 20 unit non-market rental development.

Purpose: To permit the construction of a high-density multiple-family residential development with market strata and non-market rental uses.

Purpose: To permit the construction of a multiple-family development.

Purpose: To permit construction of a market residential development, and amendment to the Southgate Master Plan.
