Purpose: To obtain Council approval for the five year 2020 - 2024 Financial Plan, 2020 property value tax rates, and alternative municipal tax collection scheme bylaw.

Purpose: To propose new procedures that allow public hearings to be conducted electronically in accordance with the recently issued Ministerial Order M139/2020.

Purpose: To inform Council of the climate actions and corporate emissions reported in the 2019 Climate Action Revenue Incentive Program (CARIP) Report, and fulfill the annual CARIP grant requirement to report publicly.

Purpose: To present Citizen Support Services 2019 Annual Report to Council for information.

Purpose: To inform Council of the cancellation of civic summer events and programs due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Purpose: To recommend that Council impose action requirements in relation to the property at 3845 Kingsway.

Purpose: To provide Council with information on construction activity as reflected by the building permits that have been issued for the subject period.

Purpose: To submit a new rezoning application for the information of Council.

Purpose: To permit construction of a market rental tower and a non-market rental tower, with low rise podiums and underground parking.
