This relaxation would allow for a front yard depth of 7.62 metres (25 feet) where a minimum front yard depth of 9 metres (29.50 feet) is required based on front yard averaging.

This relaxation would allow for a front yard depth of 6.32 metres (20.72 feet) where a minimum front yard depth of 7.67 metres (25.18 feet) is required based on front yard averaging.
