Purpose: To provide Council with information about Special Voting Opportunities and the 2022 voting locations for Advance and General Voting Days.

Purpose: To present a summary of the findings for the Burnaby Lake - Highway 1 Pedestrian Overpass Phase One Feasibility Study and request approval to proceed with the next phase of design.

Purpose: To seek Council approval of an $8,000,000 grant towards the construction of a non-market modular rental building to house women and children at risk of homelessness.

Purpose: To inform Council of a request to build a two-family dwelling at 680 Sperling Avenue within the Lochdale Community Plan area.

Purpose: To inform Council of a request for a phased development of two industrial buildings at 8700 and 8790 Boundary Road, within the Big Bend Community Plan area.

Purpose: To seek Council authorization to forward this application to a Public Hearing on 2022 February 22.

The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to close certain portions of highway – closure of 4161 Dawson Street: a small portion of Dawson Street road allowance adjacent to 4161 Dawson Street (Lot 2) and 2108 Gilmore Avenue (Lot 1) (portion of road dedicated in District Lot 119, Group 1, New Westminster District by Plan EPP70913 containing 72.2m²) as shown outlined in bold on Reference Plan EPP98446, prepared by Robert Adriaensen, B.C.L.S.
