ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION IN COUNCIL, COMMITTEE, COMMISSION AND BOARD MEETINGS

Purpose:

To amend the Burnaby Procedure Bylaw 2004 to allow electronic participation in regular Council meetings or board, committee or commission meetings in the event of a Federal, Provincial or local State of Emergency, Provincial Health Emergency, or pandemic declaration by the World Health Organization.

To obtain Council approval to award a contract for the Boundary Lanes Combined Sewer Separation and Water Program – Phase II.

To obtain Council approval to award a contract for the 2020 Minor Bridge Rehabilitation Project.

To obtain Council approval to award a contract increase for the supply and delivery of three (3) tandem axle dump trucks with snow plows and spreaders.
