Purpose: To request a Capital Reserve Fund Bylaw to finance the 2020 project outlined in this report.

Purpose: To obtain Council's Final Approval to stratify the existing occupied industrial building.

Purpose: to permit a mixed-use ground-oriented retail/office podium with two high-rise market residential towers, and a six-storey rental building

Purpose: To formalize the subject properties current use as part of the Parkcrest Elementary School and Park Site, and to facilitate a future subdivision and land exchange between the City of Burnaby and the Bumaby School District to consolidate the school site as one property and to expand the abutting City park site. Consolidating and rationalizing land ownership of these lands also supports concurrent planning efforts by the School District to partially replace and seismically upgrade the Parkcrest Elementary School building

Purpose: to permit the construction of a single 42-storey apartment building located at the corner of Willingdon Avenue and Maywood Street, townhouse buildings fronting Maywood Street and Cassie Avenue, and a three-storey non-market rental apartment building fronting Willingdon Avenue
