APPEAL: An appeal for the relaxation of Section 6.14.1 (1) (Retaining Walls) of the Burnaby Zoning Bylaw which, if permitted, would allow for the installation of new retaining walls, sidewalks, lawn crypts, lawns and planting for Legacy Heights Phase 3 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue.  This relaxation would allow for the retaining wall of varying heights up to 2.62 metres (8.63 feet), where a maximum height of 1.2 metres (3.94 feet) is permitted.
