A meeting of the Advisory Planning Commission was held in the Clerk's Committee Room, Burnaby City Hall, 4949 Canada Way, Burnaby, B.C. on Thursday, 2016 January 14 at 6:00 PM.

CALL TO ORDER

            The Adninistrative Officer called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

 

2.

ELECTION OF CHAIR

 

 

As two members of the Commission were absent, it was agreed that an Acting Chair be elected for the meeting of 2016 January 14 and elections be held in February for the 2016 Chair and Vice-Chair.

 

The Administrative Officer called for nominations for an Acting Chair of the Advisory Planning Commission for the meeting of 2016 January 14.

 

Commissioner Myers nominated Commissioner Ivancic for Acting Chair of the Advisory Planning Commission.

 

No further nominations were received.
