Inc.)
Purpose
- to permit the construction of a five-storey mixed-use development, with
commercial/retail at grade, and residential uses above. In addition, a liquor
primary use is proposed on the ground floor with business hours of 11:00 a.m.
to 12:00 a.m. Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Fridays and
Saturdays and a maximum occupancy of 65 persons
