Purpose: To present resolutions for submission to the 2024 Lower Mainland Local Government Association (LMLGA) Annual General Meeting and the Union of BC Municipalities (UBCM) Convention.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a Contract Extension (CE) for towing and storage services.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for a one-year Contract Extension (CE) for police dispatch services.

Purpose: To seek approval to organize a tour of the Chinese Canadian Museum and host a reception for City volunteers and stakeholders engaged in Chinese Canadian history research and commemoration.

Purpose: To obtain endorsement for a Grant Application (GA) from the Union of BC Municipalities (UBCM) Local Government Development Approvals Program (LGDAP).

Purpose: To provide an update on the current status of major civic building projects.

Purpose: To provide an update on the number and status of market and non-market rental units in the rezoning process, under construction or recently completed within Burnaby as of December 31, 2023.
