1.	UPDATE ON BCEHS PRE-HOSPITAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES IMPROVEMENTS		72

	Purpose:	To provide an update to Council on BCEHS' service improvement strategy to improve the delivery of ambulance services.

2.	CITY HALL - COUNCIL CHAMBER AUDIO VISUAL UPGRADE		75

	Purpose:	To request Bylaw funding for the replacement of the Council Chamber Audio Visual system.
