An
appeal for the relaxation of Sections 6.2(2) and 6.14(5)(b) of the Burnaby
Zoning Bylaw which, if permitted, would allow for the construction of a new
single family dwelling with a secondary suite and detached garage 7903
Suncrest Drive. The following variances are being requested:
a)
an accessory building in a required front yard located 8.00 feet from the
front (Clinton Street) property line and 10.03 feet from the west property
line, where no accessory building can be located in a required front yard;
b)
a fence height of 9.05 feet located in the required front yard, where a
maximum height of 5.91 feet is permitted; and,
c)
a retaining wall height up to 10.47 feet located in the required front yard,
where a maximum height of 5.91 feet is permitted. Zone R2.
