#21.12 Cameray Community Fund (aka Child and Family Services) - Burnaby Early Childhood Development (ECD) Table

An application was received from the Cameray Community Fund (aka Child and Family Services) on behalf of the Burnaby Early Childhood Development (ECD) Table in support of services from 2021 May 01 to 2022 June 01. The Table is a coalition of 46 non-profit and public partners providing programs to children and families in Burnaby. These programs include nine city-wide events, two early childhood educator/service provider Pro-D workshops, and two communications projects. Over 2,000 residents, service providers and educators will benefit from these programs.

#21.13 Burnaby Meals on Wheels Society - The Meals on Wheels - Home Delivery Program

An application was received from the Burnaby Meals on Wheels Society in support of their Meals on Wheels Home Delivery Program running from 2021 January 01 to 2021 December 31. The grant will assist with the cost of offering nutritious meals via home delivery service to Burnaby residents. In 2020, over 13,000 meals were provided to 175 clients, with expectations in 2021 of exceeding that number.
