RESIDENT PERMIT PARKING PROGRAM

Purpose: To propose amendments to the Street and Traffic Bylaw, Engineering Fees Bylaw and Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw to implement a resident permit parking program.

7.2

2021 MARCH CAPITAL RESERVE FUND BYLAW REQUEST - LIBRARY

Purpose: To request a Capital Reserve Fund Bylaw to finance the project outlined in this report.

CONTRACT AWARD - CA-3193 BURNABY HEIGHTS COMBINED SEWER SEPARATION AND WATERWORKS

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a contract for the Burnaby Heights Combined Sewer Separation and Waterworks project.

CONTRACT INCREASE - CA-3151 SOUTH BURNABY ROADWORKS

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a contract increase for additional work required for the South Burnaby Roadworks project.

Purpose: To provide Council with information on construction activity as reflected by the building permits that have been issued for the subject period.

REZONING APPLICATION

Purpose: To submit a new rezoning application series for the information of Council.

Purpose: to permit the construction of a one-storey light industrial building

#14297 - Burnaby Zoning Bylaw 1965, Amendment Bylaw No. 2, 2021 - Rez. #20-01 (4272 Albert Street)

Purpose: to amend the approved Comprehensive Development plan in order to reduce the number of resident parking stalls on the subject property from 31 to 27 to allow for additional secured underground bicycle parking, and to increase the total floor area within the existing multiple-family residential building by 37 m2 (398.3 sq. ft.)
