MINUTES

 

An Open meeting of the Advisory Planning Commission was held in the Clerk's Committee Room, Burnaby City Hall, 4949 Canada Way, Burnaby, B.C. on Thursday, 2017 January 19 at 6:00 PM.

 

1.

CALL TO ORDER

 

 

PRESENT:

Mr. Craig Henschel

Mr. Arsenio Chua

Mr. Harman Dhatt

Mr. Rob Nagai

Ms. Jasmine Sodhi

Ms. Sarah Campbell

The Administrative Officer called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.

 

2.

ELECTION OF CHAIR

 

 

 

The Administrative Officer called for nominations for an Interim Chair for the Advisory Planning Commission.

 

The Commission agreed to elect a member to act as an Interim Chair until the appointment of the three Commission vacancies.

 

Commissioner Dhatt nominated Commissioner Henschel for the position of Interim Chair of the Advisory Planning Commission.

SECONDED BY Commissioner chua 

 

THAT Commissioner Henschel be appointed as Interim Chair to the Advisory Planning Commission.

3.

ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR

 

 

 

The Administrative Officer called for nominations for Vice Chair of the Advisory Planning Commission.

 

The Commission agreed to hold full elections after the appointment of the three new Commission members.
