Purpose: To seek Council authority to bring forward a report on a broader approach to regulating smoking in Burnaby.

Purpose: To bring forward a Controlled Substance Property Bylaw to prohibit controlled substance properties and authorize inspections, fees and cost recovery for City services associated with such properties, and amend the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw to impose penalties for non-compliance with the proposed bylaw.

Purpose: To include additional public electric vehicle charging stations within the existing Parking Meter and Electric Vehicle Charging Meter Bylaw.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a contract for the Burnaby Central Park NW Trail Construction at Boundary Road and Kingsway.

Purpose: To provide Council with information on construction activity as reflected by the building permits that have been issued for the subject periods.

Purpose: To provide Council with a recommendation regarding the subject liquor primary licence application.
