2021 HEAT EVENTS

Purpose: To provide Council a Summary Report regarding the 2021 Extreme Heat Events.

UNSIGHTLY PROPERTY AT 4090 NITHSDALE STREET

Purpose: To obtain Council authority for City Staff and/or agents to enter onto the property at 4090 Nithsdale Street in order to bring the property into compliance with the Burnaby Unsightly Premises Bylaw, No. 5533.

AMENDMENTS TO THE BURNABY PROCEDURE BYLAW - ELECTRONIC MEETINGS AND ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION IN COUNCIL, BOARD, COMMITTEE AND COMMISSION MEETINGS, AND PUBLIC HEARINGS

Purpose: To amend the Burnaby Procedure Bylaw 2004 to allow electronic meetings and electronic participation in Council, board, committee or commission meetings, and Public Hearings.

STANDING COMMITTEES' TERMS OF REFERENCE - UPDATE

Purpose: To provide Council with clarification regarding Council membership on the Standing Committees.

CONTRACT AWARD - SIDEWALK EXPANSION PROGRAM - PACKAGE B

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a contract for the Sidewalk Expansion Program - Package B.
