Purpose: To seek direction to bring forward a water metering strategy and approval to bring forward amendments to the Burnaby Waterworks Regulation Bylaw to require the installation of water meters in all new developments as an interim measure.

Purpose: To seek Council approval to grant Statutory Rights-of-Way over City-owned sites to facilitate the installation of third-party utility infrastructure required to service these sites.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for a Contract Award (CA) for the supply and delivery of one (1) Electric Automated Side Load Refuse Truck.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for a Contract Award (CA) for the South Burnaby Pavement Restoration and Sidewalk Upgrades program.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for a Contract Award (CA) for the 2024 Storm Network Expansion program.

Purpose: To provide information regarding the Notice of Motion (NOM) from the Social Planning Committee that was introduced and subsequently amended by the Committee for staff to be directed to review the current awards program with a social change lens or establish a new category related to social change. 

Purpose: To identify the feasibility for the City to recover costs associated to the Fire Department and Police deployment of January 21, 2024 to the Parkland Refinery.

Purpose: to propose a number of amendments to the parking and loading sections of the Burnaby Zoning Bylaw in response to the Transit-Oriented Development Parking and Transportation Demand Management Policy, and recent changes to the Local Government Act

Purpose: to amend the Burnaby Building Bylaw 2016 (Zero Carbon Step Code implementation)

Purpose: to amend the Southgate Master Plan to facilitate future land uses and development in accordance with the City's Rental Use Zoning Policy, and other City policies that have been enacted since the Southgate Master Plan's original adoption

Purpose: to permit the construction of a mixed use development above underground parking within the Courtyard Neighbourhood (Buildings C1 – C4) of the Southgate Master Plan area. The development is comprised of a six storey market strata building, a six storey non-market rental building with a child care facility, and two market strata high-rise buildings with podiums and a small-scale commercial opportunity

Purpose: to permit the construction of a high-density mixed-use development above underground parking. The development will be completed in two primary phases. Phase 1 (Kingsway South), fronting Kingsway, will be comprised of two high-rise market rental apartment buildings above ground-level commercial retail units, and also includes the retrofit and retention of the existing office building at 3777 Kingsway, commonly known as ‘The Boot’. Phase 2 (Boundary North), fronting Boundary, will be comprised of three high-rise residential strata buildings, one storey commercial and amenity podium
