BURNABY ARTS COUNCIL LICENCE AGREEMENT

Purpose: To obtain approval for a new licence agreement with the Burnaby Arts Council for the house at 6584 Deer Lake Avenue.

5.2

PLAYGROUND DEVELOPMENT GRANT REQUEST FROM STONEY CREEK COMMUNITY SCHOOL

Purpose: To request Council's authorization for the City to enter into an agreement for contribution to the cost of the playground upgrades at Stoney Creek Community School.

5.3

2020 DECEMBER - PARKS, RECREATION AND CULTURAL SERVICES CAPITAL FUNDING BYLAW

Purpose: To request a Capital Reserve Fund Bylaw to finance 2021 projects outlined in this report.

5.4

CONTRACT AWARD - SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND MAINTENANCE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SERVICES

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a contract for the supply, delivery and maintenance of computer hardware and services.

Purpose: To provide Council with information on construction activity as reflected by the building permits that have been issued for the subject periods.

Purpose: To permit the development of a new campus of care comprised of long term residential care beds, seniors' supportive housing units, a child care facility, and associated amenities.

Purpose: To permit the development of a new mid-rise mixed-use development with non-market housing, offices, cafe/commissary and child care facility.
