Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a contract for the Nelson Avenue Watermains and Road Upgrades project.

BC HOUSING'S EMERGENCY RESPONSE CENTRE TEMPORARY SHELTER - EXTENSION OF LICENSING AGREEMENT

Purpose: To seek Council authorization to extend the City's licensing agreement with BC Housing for the continued operation of the Emergency Response Centre temporary shelter at 3860 Sperling Avenue.

BC HYDRO RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR 930 ALPHA AVENUE - ECOLE ALPHA SECONDARY SCHOOL

Purpose: To seek Council approval for registration of a statutory right-of-way on City/School District 41 lands in favour of BC Hydro.

SITING APPROVAL - 6299 - 14TH AVENUE - BIG BEND DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Purpose: To inform Council of a Building Permit for a new single-family dwelling under existing zoning in the Big Bend Development Plan.

REZONING REFERENCE #18-43 - 6958 AND 6984 KINGSWAY, 7243 GREENFORD AVENUE, 6957 AND 6961 BERESFORD STREET - RESPONSE TO ISSUES RAISED AT PUBLIC HEARING

Purpose: To provide further information on the issues raised at the Public Hearing for Rezoning Reference #18-43.

Purpose: To submit a new rezoning application series for the information of Council.

Rez #21-12 (6031 Wilson Avenue)

Purpose: The purpose of the proposed rezoning bylaw amendment is to permit the construction of a high-rise residential strata building and a low-rise non-market rental building.

6.11.2

Rez #21-13 (4444 Kingsway and 4488 Kingsway)

Purpose: The purpose of the proposed rezoning bylaw amendment is to permit the construction of a high-rise tower with residential strata, market and non-market rental, hotel, office and retail uses.

6.11.3

Rez #21-14 (6005 Pandora Street)

Purpose: The purpose of the proposed rezoning bylaw amendment is to permit the construction of a non-market senior citizens and non-market rental development.

Rez #21-15 (3965 North Road)

Purpose: The purpose of the proposed rezoning bylaw amendment is to permit the construction of a mixed-use building that includes a commercial podium and a high-rise residential component with underground parking.

6.11.5

Rez #21-16 (5292 and 5318 Kingsway)

Purpose: The purpose of the proposed rezoning bylaw amendment is to permit the construction of a six-storey mixed-use development.

Rez #21-17 (2505 Eastbrook Parkway)

Purpose: The purpose of the proposed rezoning bylaw amendment is to permit the redevelopment of the property for an automotive dealership and service centre.
