Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a Contract Increase (CI) for additional work for the Childcare Facility at Christine Sinclair Centre.

Purpose: To seek approval for funding for the creation of an artistic mural at 4568 Kingsway.

Purpose: To seek Council approval of the proposed program for the 2024 World Rivers Day.

Purpose: To provide support for maintaining the 70% impervious maximum for R1 Small Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) zones, and seek Council direction on developing stormwater management requirements for new developments in R1 SSMUH Districts.

Purpose: To present the proposed Burnaby Anti-Racism Framework and seek approval to develop an implementation plan for the City.

Purpose: To inform Council about a temporary suspension of the Presenting Burnaby donation program.

Purpose: To provide an update on the NG911 Local Government Authority Agreement contract.

Purpose: to amend Burnaby Development Procedures Bylaw 2022 (expand the criteria for minor variances in alignment with granted legislative authority and revise the public notification process for DVPs an TUPs)

Purpose: to permit construction of a residential multiple-family development and childcare facility. The proposal includes a six-storey non-market rental building with a childcare facility for up to 37 children fronting Southwynde Avenue
