Purpose: To propose amendments to the fee schedules relating to waste receptacles for curbside collection services in the Solid Waste & Recycling Bylaw 2010.

AMENDMENTS TO THE SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING BYLAW 2010 FOR MULTI-FAMILY, INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL, AND INSTITUTIONAL SERVICE FEES

Purpose: To propose changes to the Solid Waste and Recycling Bylaw 2010 Multi-family, Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional service fee structure that phases in cost increases by adjusting container rental fees and eliminating pick-up fee exemptions.
