Purpose: To seek Council approval of the final schematic design and request the use of the Community Benefit Bonus Reserve to finance the second phase of work for the Confederation Park Community Centre project.

Purpose: To seek Council approval to update the Committees' and Commission's Terms of Reference, and authorize amendment of the Community Heritage Commission Bylaw.

Purpose: To request Council to grant signing authority to the Administrative Officer 2.

Purpose: To amend the Burnaby Sign Bylaw 1972 to permit the safe use of handheld election signs on City sidewalks.

Purpose: To request the use of a Community Benefit Bonus Reserve to finance the installation of enhanced lighting features along the BC Parkway walking and cycling corridor as outlined in the report.

Purpose: To present and seek Council approval on the City's Construction and Demolition Waste Diversion Implementation Plan for all demolition permit types issued by the City.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a contract for the 2021 Storm Sewer Extensions project.

Purpose: To provide Council with information on construction activity as reflected by the building permits that have been issued for the subject periods.

Purpose: To submit the current series of new rezoning applications for the information of Council.

Purpose: To permit the installation of an additional skysign on the north elevation of the existing six-storey office building.

Purpose: To permit two mid-rise purpose-built rental buildings, atop underground parking.

Purpose: To permit the construction of a high-density multiple-family residential development with a non-market rental component and ground orientated live/work townhouses.

Purpose: To permit the construction of a mixed-use multiple-family rental apartment development with commercial uses at grade.

Purpose: To permit the construction of a mixed-use multiple-family development with commercial uses at grade.

Purpose: To permit an organic materials recycling facility and a district energy facility on a portion of the subject site.

Purpose: To permit the construction of a truck storage building.

Purpose: To permit a place of public worship, food production, a child care facility, and accessory uses on the subject site.

Purpose: To seek Council approval of funding from the Community Benefit Bonus - Affordable Housing Reserve to support development of non-market housing units on the City-owned site located at 8305 11th Avenue.

Purpose: To provide Council with recommendations regarding the subject liquor licence application.

Purpose: To inform Council of the following retirements from January to July 2021.
