BURNABY FIRE DEPARTMENT TRAINING OFFICERS

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for two new training positions in the Burnaby Fire Department.

REQUEST FOR COMMUNITY BENEFIT BONUS - AFFORDABLE HOUSING RESERVE - 8304 11TH AVENUE PROJECT / DEVELOPMENT OF NON-MARKET HOUSING OF CITY-OWNED SITE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SENIOR GOVERNMENT AND NON-PROFIT OPERATOR

Purpose: To seek Council approval of funding from the Community Benefit Bonus Affordable Housing Reserve to support development of non-market housing units on the City-owned site located at 8304 11th Avenue.

LIQUOR LICENCE APPLICATION #22-05 - CINEPLEX VIP CINEMAS BRENTWOOD LIQUOR LICENCE AMENDMENT - 3106-1920 WILLINGDON AVENUE

Purpose: To provide Council with information regarding an amendment to the liquor licence application for Cineplex VIP Cinemas Brentwood and to initiate a public consultation process for the application.

CONTRACT AWARD - PENDER LANES COMBINED SEWER SEPARATION

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a contract for the Pender Lanes Combined Sewer Separation project.

CONTRACT EXTENSION - 2023 STORM SEWER CCTV INSPECTION AND CLEANING

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for a one year contract extension for storm sewer CCTV inspection and cleaning.

Purpose: To provide Council with information on construction activity as reflected by the building permits that have been issued for the subject periods.

Purpose: To provide information on Provincial child care funding and the status of two City child care centres under development.

Purpose: to define the Bainbridge and Lochdale Urban Village Community Plan areas and to add sub-districts to the RM2, RM3, RM4 and RM5 Districts to accommodate residential land uses and building forms supported in the Bainbridge and Lochdale Urban Village Community Plans

9.3.1

#14540 - Burnaby Zoning Bylaw 1965, Amendment Bylaw No. 40, 2022 - Rez. #22-34 (9861 Austin Road) 

Purpose: to permit an amendment to the Comprehensive Development Plan for City of Lougheed Phase 1 commercial podium approved under Rezoning Reference #15-28 in order to permit minor changes to the commercial uses. No new development is proposed through this rezoning application
