Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award Contract Awards (CA) to Ventana Construction (Design Build) Corporation to complete the design and construction of the work for the Burnaby Lake Recreation Complex (BLRC) project – Phase II.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for 2024 municipal, regional and business improvement area (BIA) property tax rates.

Purpose: To propose a cost saving option for the holiday lighting program.

Purpose: To seek Council authorization to forward this application to a future First and Second Reading.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for a Contract Award (CA) for the Burnaby Lake Pavilion Bridge Pier Rehabilitation project.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a Contract Extension (CE) for asphalt supply.

Purpose: To provide an update on initial analysis and next steps in response to Council’s resolution that staff explore the feasibility and advisability of implementing a car free Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from mid-May to mid-September at least once a month on a rotating basis.

Purpose: To provide Council with an update on the non-market housing developments on City-owned Lands.

Purpose: To provide Council with information on construction activity as reflected by the building permits that have been issued for the subject periods.

Purpose: To inform Council of the upcoming work on the spatial program plan and the community engagement for Phase 1 of the Central Park Master Plan.

Purpose: to facilitate the installation of two new BCAA skysigns on the north and south elevations and the removal of two existing skysigns on the east and west elevations of an existing building on site

Purpose: to close certain portions of highway – closure of a portion of Griffiths Drive (those parcels or tracks of land known and described as: (a) those portions of road dedicated in District Lot 95, Group 1, New Westminster District, by Plan LMP40026; (b) those portions of road dedicated in District Lot 96, Group 1, New Westminster District, by Plan LMP5279; and (c) those portions of road and lane dedicated in District Lot 96, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan 3907) and containing a total of 0.132ha, identified as Parcel A shown heavily outlined on Reference Plan EPP103849 prepared by Peter Muralt, B.C.L.S.
