Purpose: To obtain Council approval to recruit three additional positions in Community Safety to provide intervention support to unsheltered community members.

Purpose: To propose amendments to the Burnaby Street and Traffic Bylaw, Parking Meter and Electrical Vehicle Charging Meter Bylaw, and Consolidated Fees and Charges Bylaw to address car share vehicle usage, active patio program, and authority for temporary closures and activities on City streets, effective January 1, 2024.

Purpose: To provide information on homelessness services for the 2023-2024 winter season including the addition of a winter shelter service.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a Contract Increase (CI) for Metro Vancouver Central Park Main 2 City Works project. 

Purpose: To provide Executive Committee of Council with information regarding Community Grant applications received in October 2023.


This report will be provided ON TABLE, as the Executive Committee of Council meeting is being held after the publishing of this Council agenda.

Purpose: To provide Council with information on construction activity as reflected by the building permits that have been issued for the subject periods.
