Purpose: To propose a new Burnaby Procedure Bylaw for Council's consideration with an effective date of January 1, 2024.

Purpose: To seek Council approval to amend the CEPF Public Notification and Evacuation Route Planning, 2023 Evacuation Route Planning Toolkits - NW Quadrant (Brentwood) project to Evacuation Route Planning Toolkits - SW Quadrant (Metrotown).

Purpose: To obtain Council approval not to introduce a Tax Relief program for the City of Burnaby.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a contract with Netagen Communication Technologies Inc. for the supply and implementation of an Avaya / Komutel Next Generation 9-1-1 phone system for 911 emergency dispatch used by the Burnaby Fire Department.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a contract extension for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system maintenance and support.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for a one-year Contract Extension (CE) for asphalt and concrete cutting services.

Purpose: To seek Council approval for a temporary road closure on Grimmer Street, Royal Oak Avenue, Imperial Street, Nelson Avenue, and Jubilee Avenue for the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 83, Remembrance Day Parade and Ceremony.

Purpose: To seek Council approval for a temporary road closure on Albert Street, Alpha Avenue, and adjacent laneway for the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 148, Remembrance Day Parade and Ceremony.

Purpose: To seek Council approval for the proposed Advisory Bodies Code of Conduct Policy, which prescribes expectations for appointed members to Council Committees, Commissions and Boards ("Advisory Bodies") to fulfill their roles and responsibilities based on the principles of integrity, accountability, respect and leadership.

Purpose: To provide information on the completed activities and outcomes for the Development Approvals Process (DAP) Project, and outline the next steps for continued business improvements.

Purpose: To seek Council approval for a City of Burnaby Public Art Policy Framework and Policy to establish guidelines for the acquisition and management of public art on public and private lands.

Purpose: To seek Council approval of the Community Grant applications received in September 2023.

Purpose: to propose a number of housekeeping amendments to the Burnaby Zoning Bylaw pertaining to the definitions of grade, family, and carport, as well as the regulations associated with retaining walls, car wash facilities, temporary buildings and density in the R12 District

Purpose: to standardize zoning for the City-owned Confederation Park. Currently the majority of the park is zoned P3 Park and Public Use except for the subject site, which as noted above, is zoned CD Comprehensive Development District specifically for the McGill Library and City Archive.

Purpose: to permit the construction of a high-density multiple family residential development above underground parking. The development is comprised of one 33-storey residential strata apartment building with street-oriented townhomes, and a six-storey replacement rental building
