Purpose: To provide Council with an overview of potential opportunities, locations, and costs associated with a landmark Burnaby sign, and to outline key considerations for future decision-making.

Purpose: To seek Council approval to amend the rental rates for the Housing Agreement for 6887 Palm Avenue (REZ #20-27).

Purpose: To seek Council approval for Temporary Use Permit (TUP) #25-04 renewal for a taekwondo academy within two existing commercial retail units.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval to award a Contract Increase (CI) for Materials Testing Services to Metro Testing & Engineering Ltd.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for a Contract Increase (CI) for the Asphalt Paving Services – Engineering Department contract.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for a Contract Renewal (CR) for Event Production Services.

Purpose: To obtain Council approval for a Contract Renewal (CR) for Mobile Payment Services – Parking.

Purpose: To seek Council approval for the inclusion of a Food Security Grant stream as part of the Community Grant Policy, and for $90,000 to be allocated over a 3-year period to contribute to the operational start-up of a Burnaby Food Security Table.

Purpose: To seek Council approval of recommended grants for Burnaby Minor Hockey Association (#25.03.RS) and Colombian Canadian Association (#25.20.I).

Purpose: To provide information on the feasibility of amending the Burnaby Code of Conduct Bylaw to require City of Burnaby elected officials who are registered lobbyists to disclose their clients to the Corporate Officer for inclusion in the public record.

Purpose: To seek Council approval to establish an annual Report Card to track and report on the City of Burnaby's progress toward its mode-split, vision zero, and zero emissions targets.

Purpose: To seek Council approval of the Burnaby Arts Council’s annual operating funding of $25,000, ensuring it remains eligible for funding from other levels of government. 

Purpose: To provide Council with a summary of the City of Burnaby's 2024/2025 Emergency Warming Centre response.

Purpose: To provide Council with the Burnaby Fire Department's status update (SU) available to the end of February 2025.

Purpose: to authorize the execution of a Housing Agreement for the non-market rental housing development at 6263 and 6337 Cassie Avenue

Purpose: to allow for a high-density mixed-use development comprised of residential (1432 market strata and 235 affordable rental units), along with commercial space fronting Lougheed Highway and live-work units further south on the site. The proposed built form includes three residential towers (46, 54, and 60-storeys) above a common 5-storey podium and a shared underground parkade
